Problems & Challenges
If you are struggling in your class, or have a concern or question about your instructor, talk with you instructor first. If that conversation does not clear up the problem, contact the Academic Programs or Student Services staff in Rooms 213 – 215.
Grades & Classes
If you have questions about which classes you should take next quarter, your Grade Point Average (GPA), or how classes you have retaken affect your GPA, contact the Director of Academic Programs in Room 214 or the Academic Programs Coordinator in Room 213.
Tutors
Neumont University provides free tutoring for all students. Tutors are hired for specific computer science courses and can offer assistance with homework assignments or with general course information. Contact information and office hours for faculty will be provided the first week of class.
