Neumont allows limited access to our facility to technology user groups under the following conditions:

Neumont students and faculty are welcome to attend, and the event is free to the public and informative (not a sales presentation)
The meeting does not require extensive rearrangement of furniture, etc. and all food and/or garbage must be cleaned up
Projectors and wireless login are available-in “as is” condition, not IT support is provided beyond allowing wireless access login
The event cannot begin before 4:30 pm, and must complete by 8:30 pm (except when class is out of session)
