NEUMONT COMMUNITY EVENT FACILITY USE POLICY:
Neumont allows limited access to our facility to technology user groups under the following conditions:
- Neumont students and faculty are welcome to attend, and the event is free to the public and informative (not a sales presentation)
- The meeting does not require extensive rearrangement of furniture, etc. and all food and/or garbage must be cleaned up
- Projectors and wireless login are available-in “as is” condition, not IT support is provided beyond allowing wireless access login
- The event cannot begin before 4:30 pm, and must complete by 8:30 pm (except when class is out of session)
- To request a date, please complete a Facility Use Request Form and return it by fax to: 801-302-2811
