EDS ADAPT Program
The project involves extending Automated Delivery of Applications Process and Tools (ADAPT) program deliverables to support an Internationalization (I18N) architecture and the development of code to implement the architecture. This solution supported an I18N architecture using Microsoft SharePoint portal and .Net technology.
Approach
For the ADAPT program, the team supported the development of a web-based portal to integrate EDS Applications processes and tools globally. The ADAPT program is a strategic, multi-year program with multiple releases per year aimed at making EDS' workforce more efficient and effective. The ADAPT consoles provide users with a role-based view into their work flow through a multi-tier architecture system that operates in a windows environment accessible through a web browser interface. This view is built upon standards and processes that are consistent globally and integrated with tools that meet the full requirements of the process set.
