- How do I request a copy of my transcript?
Log-on to the Student Self-Service page and select “Order or track a transcript.”
- How do I register for courses?
Enrolled students: If you have not yet started your first quarter log-on to Encoding The Next_ to confirm your course selections. Returning students: Contact your academic advisor or log-on to the Student Portal for courses and options.
- When do I need to submit my Graduation Application?
Commencement Participation Sheets, which contain information regarding involvement in the commencement ceremony and for a student's diploma, are due March 1, 2010.
- I am having trouble logging in to the student portal, how do I proceed?
You will need your social security number and the email address in your student record. If you are unsure of which email address we have on file, contact the Registrar to update your records. If you are still struggling to access the portal, please contact support@neumont.edu.
- Will my credits transfer?
Neumont accepts transfer credits from most regionally and nationally accredited universities for many courses. Visit our transfer credit analysis section of the Student Handbook to view our transfer credit policy, or contact the registrar at 801-302-2876 to arrange for an evaluation of your transfer credits.

FERPA is a national act that protects a student's right to keep their academic and medical records private. This requires that Neumont only submit information about grades, attendance, and other academic progress directly to the student, or on behalf of the student with specific written requests. Neumont cannot release academic information to any party, including parents, unless a student has signed a FERPA waiver naming their parents as authorized persons. However, parent(s) may have access to university records If a student is financially dependent on their parent(s). If you wish to grant your parents permission to access your educational records, including grades and attendance, you may do so by contacting the Registrar and completing a FERPA Waiver Form. You may revoke a FERPA Waiver through theregistrar's Office by submitting a request in writing.
