  • Where is the housing located?
    Housing is located in two privately owned apartment complexes within a short distance from campus. Neumont offers two housing choices, The Falls at Hunters Pointe and Sterling Village, visit the Student Housing information page for more specific information about student housing.
  • What does housing cost?
    Shared room at The Falls at Hunters Pointe: $400/mo
    Shared room at Sterling Village: $425/mo, Private room at The Falls at Hunters Pointe: $600/mo
  • Am I required to live in student housing?
    No, students are not required to live in Neumont housing. However, due to the immersive nature of our program, many students find living in housing helps them perform better. Living with other students provides a ready support system of other students who have experienced the same challenges and successes you will face.
  • Can I bring a car?
    Yes, there is plenty of free parking on campus and off street parking at student housing.
  • Will I need a car?
    No, as long as you plan to live in student housing. The student shuttles provide multiple campus runs daily, transportation for student outings, trips to area attractions, and stops at local shops and grocery stores.  Additionally, the Fall's housing complex is located along public bus lines serviced by the Utah Transit Authority. Sterling Village is about ¼ of a mile from bus service.
  • Are there rules about guests?
    You are allowed to have guests. However, they are only allowed to stay for two nights. Anything beyond this would need to be approved through the Student Housing coordinator.
  • Do you offer married student housing?
