What do you like about Neumont?
The small community. After about two weeks of being the “new guy,” you fall into a group of friends you feel you’ve known for a while.
Why did you choose to come to Neumont?
I wanted to learn how to code and I wanted a degree. Skills and a degree in two years? Wow.
Favorite teacher(s):
Jake Walkenhorst: he's easy to talk too, even when I have a .net question he usually has an answer, even though Jake is the Java teacher.
What are some of your hobbies?
Outside of computers, I enjoy getting out of the house and doing different activities like running cross-country, hiking up to some of Utah's hidden waterfalls, swimming, wakeboarding, and surfing. When I'm not outside I'm usually found playing a table-top RPG or working on a story I'm writing.
