Why did you choose Neumont?

I loved the idea of getting a degree in two and a half years from a university that puts all it's focus into the technology and topics I have passions for. The promise of an interesting and great-paying job at the end didn't hurt either.

What do you want to do when you graduate?

It would be awesome to do mobile app development, web application development, or anything user interface related. I enjoy working with and developing cool user interfaces so those fields really interest me.

Tell us about life as an RA?

Being a resident assistant has been great! I've really gotten to know the students and staff a lot better. It's also been fun being able to put together fun activities like movies and hikes for the student body.

What's your favorite part of being at Neumont?

The best part of being at Neumont is that everyone understands your passion for technology. Everyone (teachers and students included) has their own area of expertise and it's really easy to not only get along with them but to build off of each other and become better developers.

What advice would you give future Neubies?

Always push yourself. If you're coming to Neumont with prior programming experience, make sure you're taking classes that keep you challenged and interested. If you don't have any prior experience it can be really tough at first but an amazing job and career will be totally worth the hard work.
