At Neumont you won't find frats or Toga parties. However, that doesn't mean you shouldn't have plenty of opportunities for forming student communities outside of the classroom, which is why we started Student Orders. Students Orders are a set of student-led groups who compete and participate in Order activities-think LAN parties, campus Olympics, and Iron Chef cooking competitions. Orders are a hybrid between a fraternity and a student club-sort of a Super Club. They are a way to meet like-minded students who meet up for interesting events, academic support, and fun. The program gives students more opportunities to build lifelong friendships and lasting memories while at Neumont.
WHAT DO ORDERS DO?
- Get out and see Utah through activities and events
- Provide service in the community
- Create a coat of arms to represent their organization
- Compete with other Orders for bragging rights and prizes
HOW DO I GET INVOLVED?
Open registration for Orders takes place the first week of every quarter. After you select an Order you want to join, simply apply and the Order leaders will get back to you in about a week. After that it's up to you to follow the Order guidelines and remain active in your Order. Have more questions? Contact the Student Affairs Department to get involved.
