FReX Accommodation INFORMATION

We are excited to have you visit the Neumont campus! In an effort to facilitate your FReX visit, Neumont will provide one complimentary hotel room for accepted students and their parents, guardians, or spouse. Please read below for additional details and booking instructions.

Hotel rooms are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. We strongly encourage visiting families to make travel plans and book their hotel early.

FReX HOTEL BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Book your stay at the Little America Hotel by clicking the appropriate link below. Please note:

• You must use the link below if you wish to receive the complimentary offer.

• You will be asked to provide your credit card information to complete your registration. Your credit card information is required to book your room, however, your credit card will NOT be billed at check out.*

PLEASE NOTE: If you have not yet registered for FReX, you must do so on the Admission Portal prior to booking your hotel room.

1. WELCOME: Once you have opened Little America's booking site, you'll see a pop-up welcome window. Click the "Go To Next Step" button to proceed with your booking.

2. SELECT THE DATES OF YOUR STAY: Select your check-in and check-out dates on the calendar. Once you have selected the dates of your stay, select the "Apply" button.

3. CHOOSE YOUR ROOM: On the next screen, make your room selection and click the brown "Select This Rate" button and then the red “Go to Checkout” button at the bottom of the page.

4. ENTER YOUR PERSONAL INFO: You will then review your reservation information and enter your personal credit card information. This information is required to book your room, however, your credit card will NOT be billed at check out*. Once all information has been entered, click the "Book Now" button at the bottom of the page.

* Upon checking into the hotel a small hold will be placed on the credit card you booked the reservation with; this hold will be released or “fall off” in 1-3 business days, and will not actually hit your account, unless you book additional nights or make additional charges to your account.

Any additional rooms or nights, as well as amenities or additional charges, will be at the expense of the visiting family and will be billed to your credit card on file.
